Clivet has introduced SINERGY2, a hybrid and modular energy storage system for the residential market. Developed through the company’s technological synergy with Midea Group, the system is designed to support self-consumption and integrate with the Clivet Smart Living ecosystem.
SINERGY2 is available in single-phase and three-phase configurations. The single-phase version offers inverter power ratings of 3.68, 5 and 6 kW, with storage capacity from 5 to 30 kWh. The three-phase version offers power ratings of 8, 10, 12 and 15 kW, with expandable capacity up to 40 kWh.
The system can communicate with Clivet products including heat pumps and air renewal systems, as well as with other devices such as electric vehicle chargers, through the CONTROL4 NRG supervision platform. According to Clivet, this allows users to manage energy use by charging a car at night or powering a heat pump with solar energy stored during the day.
Energy management is supported through the HiECO app, which includes profiles for installers and end users. A universal Wi-Fi Dongle is supplied with the inverter.
SINERGY2 is an all-in-one floor-standing system with a hidden vertical connection system designed to avoid visible conduits between modules and inverter. Clivet says the design reduces the number of accessories required and helps avoid manual wiring errors.
The inverter has IP65 protection and an operating range from -20°C to +55°C (-4°F to 131°F), allowing indoor or outdoor installation. Clivet provides a 10-year warranty for the inverter and storage modules.
