FläktGroup has announced the upcoming launch of its next-generation ReCooler R32, an all-in-one heating, cooling and ventilation system for commercial buildings. The company said the compact unit is designed to reduce energy consumption, installation time and overall lifecycle costs. The launch is planned for later in 2026, with availability expected around August.
According to FläktGroup, the ReCooler R32 can reduce ventilation energy use by up to 15% compared with similar solutions on the market. The company attributed the savings to heat pump technology and optimisation of the complete HVAC cycle.
The ReCooler combines heating, cooling and ventilation in a single unit. FläktGroup said this integrated design can free up technical space and simplify system design, while reducing project complexity, coordination requirements and risk by providing a single point of responsibility from procurement through installation.
The system uses R32 refrigerant. FläktGroup said the unit is compliant with upcoming F-Gas and PFAS regulations and can contribute up to two points toward BREEAM certification.
“We designed this next-generation ReCooler to support both current and future regulatory needs and at the same time maintain the high energy performance that ReCooler is well known for,” said Ulf Krantz, Global Product Manager.
