Kelvion launches new high pressure laser-welded cassette for industrial heat pumps

Industrial heat pumps have a key role to play in achieving global CO2 emission reduction targets, including recovering waste heat for district heating and industrial processes. With the HPL series, Kelvion has combined the advantages of a highly efficient plate and a laser-welded cassette. The innovative semi-welded plate heat exchanger is suitable for commercial and industrial heat pump solutions and provides customers with unique technology for applications with extremely high pressures up to 63 bar-g and temperatures up to 170 °C.
