LU-VE Group Announces the Launch of Fincoil Solar L Dry Coolers

LU-VE Group is pleased to announce the launch of the new Fincoil Solar L dry coolers, designed to provide efficient and reliable cooling solutions for HVAC and refrigeration applications. These advanced units are particularly suited to demanding and noise-sensitive environments, making them an ideal choice for various industries.

The Fincoil Solar L dry coolers feature a modular and compact design, equipped with high-efficiency, low-noise EC motors. They are available in both horizontal and vertical air direction configurations, catering to a wide range of applications, including closed circuit cooling of process liquids in the processing industry.

Key Benefits:

  • Durability: Constructed with heavy-duty coil and casing materials, ensuring a long operational life.
  • Efficiency: High-efficiency EC fans come standard, contributing to energy savings and reduced total cost of ownership.
  • Innovative Design: The floating coil construction compensates for thermal stress, while plain profile fins minimize fouling and ease cleaning.
  • Performance: Reliable performance with excellent sound characteristics, Eurovent certified.
  • Ease of Use: Easy installation and maintenance, backed by a two-year full product guarantee.
  • Transport: Designed for efficient transport, allowing two units to be transported side by side on a truck.

Technical Specifications:

  • Coil: Made from smooth copper tubes (ø 12.7 mm) with corrugated Alu-fins and standard fin spacing of 2.3 mm.
  • Casing: Made of corrosion-resistant, galvanized sheet steel.
  • Fan Motors: High-efficiency axial EC fans (diameter 950 mm) with various speed options. Fans are protected against corrosion and have external rotor motors with IP-55 protection class.
  • Design Pressure: Rated at 6 barg, with each heat exchanger leak tested with dry air at 9 barg.
  • Capacity: Cooling capacity ranges from 40 to 1300 kW (water, EN1048).

Options and Customizations:

  • Fin Coatings: Epoxy coated fins (EP) for enhanced durability.
  • Fin Spacings: Available in 2.5 mm and 3 mm.
  • Additional Features: Water spraying kit (KW), vibration dampers (VD), connection boxes (CBP), switchboards with cable protections (ECCB), and lockable service switches (SW).
  • Mechanical Options: Expansion joints and mounting legs (LF1).

Certifications and Compliance: The Fincoil Solar L dry coolers are manufactured according to ISO 9001 standards and comply with PED regulations, ensuring high quality and reliability.
