Manitowoc, the leading brand for commercial ice makers, introduces the CrystalCraft cocktail cube produced with Manitowoc’s latest undercounter ice machine, the USP0100.
The CrystalCraft offers crystal-clear purity, individual 1x1” cubes that melt slowly, while enhancing and opening the flavors of carefully paired ingredients.
The USP0100 is designed to fit under standard bar counters, where it is easily accessed by busy mixologists. With 100 pounds of daily ice production, and 38 pounds of ice storage, it’s an excellent option for operators looking to increase profits by adding a special touch to their premium beverage menu.
“Large individual cubes can be difficult to produce and cocktail experts know the role ice plays in creating the perfect cocktail. Historically these types of ice machines were notorious for breakdowns due to many mechanical functions and moving parts. It could be very frustrating and expensive to own equipment that requires costly repairs. The USP0100 was designed for reliability, with fewer moving parts, easy one-touch cleaning, and is backed by a 3-year parts and labor warranty,” said Cassie Johnston, Product Manager at Manitowoc.
In addition, the USP0100 machine uses R-290 refrigerant, which is naturally occurring, and has very little impact on the environment.
