NAVAC has launched the NEXUS 2, a digital manifold designed to simplify HVAC diagnostics and service workflows. The company said the new product combines diagnostics, charging and evacuation in one workflow and was developed around technician demands for plug-and-play operation on modern refrigerant systems.
The NEXUS 2 features an HD touchscreen with an aviation-inspired interface and visualizations for Manifold, Leak Test and Evacuation modes. NAVAC said the unit includes four display themes, including a Daylight Mode, and supports 100 refrigerants, from R22 to lower-GWP options such as R454B. Updates are delivered through the myNAVAC App.
According to NAVAC, the manifold offers Class 0.4 accuracy, wireless connectivity and MeasureQuick integration. The company also said the unit is built for field use, with a protective shell, quarter-turn ball valves and swivel hose ports intended to improve speed and maneuverability in tight mechanical spaces.
“NEXUS 2 reflects our commitment to advancing HVAC service tools through thoughtful technology and user-focused design,” said Keith Keller, Vice President of NAVAC HVAC.
