Sanhua has introduced the EBVC Series Electric Three-Way Ball Valve, specifically designed for heat recovery applications in CO2 transcritical refrigeration systems. The new valve aims to optimize system performance, improve energy efficiency, and provide long-term reliability for industrial and commercial applications.
The EBVC Series features a stainless steel pipe with a copper lining to facilitate easy welding and ensure durability. The valve is designed with low internal leakage to minimize energy loss and is rated for up to 50,000 operational cycles. A symmetrical actuator connection bracket enhances the balance and reliability between the actuator and the valve.
In operation, the EBVC valve allows the medium to enter through the bottom pipe and exit through either the left or right pipe, enabling flexible control of the refrigerant flow path. This makes it particularly suitable for applications where dynamic switching between different system circuits is required.
Sanhua also introduced the EBD Series actuators, available in torque ratings of 10 N·m and 20 N·m (7.4 lb·ft and 14.8 lb·ft). These actuators are compatible with both two-way and three-way ball valves, as well as other valves requiring similar torque specifications, and support simple on/off control functionality.
