Sanhua presented thermostatic expansion valve with fixed orifices ready for propane

The Sanhua RFGB06 standard range has been especially designed and developed for R290 systems, and it can easily cover most of the requests coming from the market.
F-Gas regulation are moving the European A/C and refrigeration market in the direction of low GWP refrigerants where a key role will be played by the Hydrocarbons. Propane (R290) is definitively the leading hydrocarbon refrigerant with a growing capillary diffusion in several food retail and commercial refrigeration applications, without forgetting its presence also in the A/C field. In these systems the use of hermetic Thermostatic Expansions Valves is mandatory, a technical solution offered by Sanhua with the new and complete RFGB series.

The Sanhua RFGB06 standard range has been especially designed and developed for R290 systems, and it can easily cover most of the requests coming from the market. RFGB06 range can be offered with a straight layout and adjustable static super-heat, or with an angle layout and a fixed static super-heat; this second option is also covered by a certification according to EN 14903 which certifies the complete hermeticity of the product, and guarantees the absence of any potential risk of external leakage.

Due this fact and generally growing market demand for TXVs, in June 2021, Sanhua finished the process of upgrading it’s Sanhua TXV production lines. As a result, annual capacities are doubled, satisfying rapid growing demand.

All RFGB06 standard models have the following physical characteristics:
  • Operative Temperature Range: “N” [from -40°C to +10°] without MOP
  • Maximum Working Pressure [MWP]: 35bar
Bulb Fixing by strip - an easy bulb installation on pipes from size 1/4” to 1”       Metric or Imperial ODF solder connections       With Internal or External equalization
Standard models with Bleed Function

RFGB06 standard models with sizes 0 and 1, [nominal capacities 0.6Kw and 1.2kW] can be selected with or without the bleed function. The bypass percentage has been fixed in 15% on the valve Kvs value, a typical value requested in small refrigeration units equipped with 1 phase motor compressors.
