New air/water and brine/water heat pumps, as well as a booster for central DHW heating in multi-family houses, now expand Viessmann's Integrated Solutions Offering.
Vitocal 200-A Pro: air/water heat pump for smaller commercial applications
The new Vitocal 200-A Pro air/water heat pump is designed for large residential complexes, office buildings and commercial premises with heating loads of up to 128 kW. It is also suitable for modernization projects with flow temperatures of up to 65 °C. The system can also be used for efficient building cooling (active cooling) and for DHW generation.
Vitocal 200-A Pro can be connected to the tried-and-tested Vitocontrol 200-M – a modular, powerful system control unit with a graphical user interface – using an optional ModBus. The system control unit can be adapted to suit the customer’s specific requirements and shows clear performance and consumption data for the heat pumps and the energy system as a whole on the display.
Vitocal 250-A Pro: the alternative to fossil energy systems
With its high efficiency and flow temperatures of up to 70 °C, the innovative Vitocal 250-A Pro air/water heat pump is the ideal alternative for generating heat in larger residential and shop buildings, as well as on commercial premises. What is more, the new heat pump can also be used to cool buildings – another advantage, particularly for commercial and public buildings.
The Vitocal 250-A Pro monobloc unit is available with rated outputs of 32 and 40 kW (cooling outputs of 30 and 38 kW, respectively). Up to four systems can be cascaded for larger outputs (heat output of up to 160 kW in total). The scroll compressor with continuously variable output matching, an electronic expansion valve and the natural refrigerant R 290 ensure high flow temperatures even on cold days while at the same time ensuring high levels of efficiency and, as a result, also low operating costs.
Vitocal 350-G Pro: different heat sources for maximum flexibility
Vitocal 350-G Pro is a compact, mono-mode brine/water heat pump for heating, cooling and DHW generation that can use the soil, groundwater or outside air as heat sources. With four output sizes (maximum heat output of 75, 100, 150 and 210 kW), it is the ideal solution for a large number of requirements in residential and commercial buildings, as well as in commercial and industrial operations. Flow temperatures of up to 75 °C also facilitate use in modernization projects and for mono-mode DHW generation.
PEWO Titan HT: booster heat pump for centralized DHW generation
DHW generation also plays an increasingly important role in saving energy. This is why Viessmann’s subsidiary PEWO has designed the Titan HT booster heat pump for efficient centralized DHW generation in large residential complexes and commercial buildings.
The booster heat pump can use external heat sources
An external heat source, for example, a low-temperature (LT) buffer cylinder with a heat pump or an LT network, serves as the basis. Both operate at a low flow temperature of approx. 35 °C for panel heating. This is sufficient to increase the water temperature to up to 65 °C using a downstream booster heat pump.
The flow temperature can be increased to 75 °C for thermodynamic disinfection via a fresh water station.
