The Arneg World Convention 2025 was held on December 19–20 at the company’s headquarters, bringing together over 250 delegates from its international subsidiaries. The two-day event focused on strengthening internal collaboration and outlining strategic priorities across the Group.
The convention featured working sessions aimed at fostering dialogue, sharing ideas, and reinforcing the sense of unity within the Arneg network. Participants engaged in discussions centered on people, skills, and shared values to support long-term development.
Luigi Finco, President of the Arneg Group, addressed employees with a message emphasizing the importance of innovation amid evolving energy, sustainability, and design challenges. “The regulatory and market developments ahead of us are not obstacles, but opportunities for growth,” he said.
