Bryant Heating & Cooling Systems, part of Carrier Global Corporation, is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its Bryant Women in HVAC program. Launched in 2015, the initiative has grown from an initial group of 35 women to a network of more than 829 participants from across North America.
The 2025 anniversary is themed “Own the Momentum,” highlighting the program’s growth and continued focus on leadership development and community building for women in the HVAC sector.
Bryant Women in HVAC provides annual conferences featuring keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and peer discussions aimed at strengthening leadership skills and fostering collaboration. Previous conference themes have included “Discover Your Possible” and “Cause the Effect,” focusing on empowering women to lead with authenticity.
“Each event has deepened my knowledge, expanded my network, and introduced me to incredible women who’ve become lifelong friends,” said Megan Hacker-Schnitzler, Director of Independent Sales at Bryant.
Kathryn Mislow, Sr. Channel Marketing Manager at Bryant, added: “From the beginning, our mission has been to support women-led dealerships and inspire the next generation to join this growing movement.”
The company encourages industry professionals to explore the Bryant Women in HVAC website for program details and to connect with women-led HVAC businesses through its online dealer locator.
