Daikin Showcased Full Cold Chain Solutions at Chillventa 2024

Daikin Europe made a significant impact at Chillventa 2024, the premier international trade fair for refrigeration and cold chain technologies. Daikin presented a comprehensive suite of cold chain solutions and spotlighted its strategic vision for the future of refrigerants. The robust lineup featured products from its renowned brands—Zanotti, Tewis, Hubbard, and AHT—solidifying Daikin's position as a one-stop provider for all cold chain needs under the theme “United Beyond Cold.”

At Chillventa 2024, Daikin unveiled several advanced cold chain solutions designed to meet diverse market applications, with an emphasis on environmental sustainability and energy efficiency.

In the HORECA sector, Daikin focused on changes driven by the F-Gas regulation, accelerating the move towards natural refrigerants. The company showcased its Monoblock range based on R290, including the new Daikin ceiling-mounted Monoblock LMC with unique inverter technology, achieving up to 40% more efficiency than typical ON/OFF models. The new PS R290 model and the Zanotti Monoblock wall-mounted model were also revealed.

For Food Retailers, AHT launched a groundbreaking plug-in refrigeration and freezing chest unit using the natural refrigerant R290, setting a new standard for plug-in units. Daikin also displayed complete solution offerings for CO2 remote and Semi Plug-In applications by combining solutions from brands like AHT, Hubbard, and Zanotti, including the AHT SPI pump station, Nova58+ from Tewis, the CO2 Cascade from Hubbard, and Daikin's innovative CO2 Conveni Pack.

Attention was also directed towards growing Semi-Industrial and Industrial Refrigeration applications, such as food processing and logistic centers. Tewis showcased their Mini Smart Duplex with the new Eco2Smart +, while Zanotti featured their prototype Seasoning Unit with low GWP solutions, alongside the Hubbard Industrial Monoblock with low GWP solutions.

Throughout the event, a series of presentations were held by Daikin and its cold chain brands, providing in-depth insights into their latest products and services. Attendees had the opportunity to explore how these innovations could be tailored to their specific needs with Daikin, AHT, Tewis, Zanotti, and Hubbard product ranges.
