Eliwell, a company that has been producing control systems and solutions for both commercial and industrial refrigeration units for over 40 years, will be among the protagonists of the HVACR world at the next edition of MCE, from 28 June to 1 July 2022 (Hall 24, stand D29-E22).

Eliwell was keen to return in person to the industry's most important event to present its latest innovations and to recount the evolution that has characterised the company over the past two challenging years, in which new customer relationship tools have been introduced to maintain the constant contact and dedicated support that are two of the company's main strengths.

A 'future-ready' offering

Digitization, sustainability and energy efficiency are the three key factors that have driven the most recent development of the Eliwell solutions for the HVACR supply chain. In particular, today, Eliwell's strategy is increasingly focused on creating products that are future-ready, ready for connectivity.

HVAC machines that are connected and efficient thanks to the Modicon M172 and Secure Interface solutions, integrated in Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure Machine

The Modicon M172 range of programmable PLCs, entirely designed and manufactured in Belluno, is Schneider Electric's complete and scalable solution for managing AHUs (Air Handling Units) and Chillers of any size. Thanks to the new Edge Secure Interface, which will be previewed at MCE, it is now possible to enable IoT connectivity in an efficient and competitive way, and so communicate with both proprietary and third-party connected devices.

Automatic HACCP data recording with Eliwell solutions for small businesses

One of the innovations in the spotlight at MCE is the new HACCP Module: a smart solution that simplifies data recording, so that the obligations of the HACCP Regulation can be met with the greatest of ease. The new module is available for different types of application: it can be used for plug-in refrigerated counters and display cabinets in combination with the IDNextcontroller, and now also for cold rooms by connecting to all the controllers and electrical panels in the Coldfacerange.

Thanks to Bluetooth connectivity, it is in fact possible to record the storage temperatures of food and beverages at any time, and to have the data history available for checking at any time and in any place directly from a smartphone using the Eliwell AIRapp.

This is an intelligent solution that simplifies the operations of small shopkeepers by eliminating the daily task of checking and registering temperatures, while ensuring that they are always ready in case of an inspection.

Domino Zero for ‘zero waste’

For the world of supermarkets, the company offers DOMINO, the efficient solution for controlling sustainable transcritical CO2 refrigeration systems.

DOMINO ZERO is its latest iteration, aiming to achieve ‘zero waste’ in consumption and maintenance, thanks to a single controller that adapts to each type of refrigerant with optimal overheating management.

The DOMINO ZERO solution is ideal for cold rooms with KDX panels that provide the best user experience, thanks to the large display: with the intelligence of RTX DOMINO ZERO, refrigerant leakage management or room humidity control can also be integrated. The solution is enhanced by its connectivity to the Televis supervision system.

For commercial and industrial applications, such as supermarkets or refrigerated logistics centres, the new RTX DOMINO ZERO applications for EWCM 9000 PRO-HF allow even simpler and more efficient management of even the most complex systems.

The technology upgrades extend from the availability of the new EVEVD driver for EWCM 9000 PRO -HF, which allows the control of most of the EEV valves available on the market, to upgrades to the TelevisGo supervisor that enhance its performance, reliability and safety, thanks to 64bit technology and the floating evaporation algorithm also available for transcritical CO2 applications.

Certification update for NSD mini pressure switches

The Eliwell NSD range of electromechanical pressure switches with fixed setting consists of products typically designed to protect refrigeration systems from critical conditions by setting high or low pressure limit values. Eliwell has recently conducted a certification upgrade process on NSDs to make them suitable products for new and future applications, opening up new business opportunities related to the use of low GWP refrigerants.

For customers, live workshops at the exhibition and a range of digital tools

On 29 and 30 June, Eliwell will organise workshops at its stand dedicated to customers and industry professionals who will be able to attend presentations by the company's experts either in-person or via live streaming. The programme of events will soon be available on the company's official channels.

Over the last two years, Eliwell has continued to invest, not only in the development of new products but also in the reinforcement and innovation of the existing digital channels, to constantly improve its customer support. At MCE, the company will officially present its new tools designed to support all aspects of its customers’ needs:

  • Eliwell Digital Academy, an online library with a wide range of content on refrigeration control solutions to enhance the skills of distributors, partners, installers and end users in choosing and using Eliwell solutions

  • Innovation Hub Virtual Tour, a virtual tour of the EcoStruxure for Retail Innovation Hub, the 450-square-metre demo centre set up at Eliwell's Belluno site, which reproduces a real supermarket that can now also be visited online

  • Update Center, the company's latest digital project, a new portal that offers product information and technical documentation for any design requirements or during on-site installation, explores the most innovative solutions for food retail and allows users to download software and updates of new releases

As it has done for several years now, Eliwell is continuing on a path of continuous innovation which focuses on digitization and connectivity, sustainability and efficiency.

To discover all the new products and test the digital solutions, come and visit us at the Eliwell and Schneider Electric stand in Milan: Hall 24, stand D29-E22.
