Embraco, a brand of Nidec Global Appliance, will present its latest refrigeration solutions at Host Milano 2025, held from October 17 to 21 in Italy. The showcase marks the European debut of its new Scroll compressor line and the launch of Bioma+, a new generation of its most silent condensing unit for cold rooms.
The new Scroll compressors expand Embraco’s product portfolio into the HVAC segment and reinforce its capabilities in commercial refrigeration. The line follows the acquisition of Chinese scroll compressor manufacturer Xecom in July 2025. It is designed for critical storage applications in the food service industry, such as large cold rooms, milk cooling tanks, and ice-making machines.
Bioma+, also on display, is the updated version of Embraco’s condensing unit series known for low noise levels, ranging from 29 to 36 dB(A), depending on the housing. The new generation supports multiple refrigerants, including A2L low-GWP options R454C and R455A, aligning with current and future European environmental regulations.
Embraco will also present its Sync it All ecosystem, which includes the Embraco Air fan, Sync controller, and YouControl development interface, integrated with Embraco variable-speed compressors. This system is designed to improve cooling performance, reduce energy consumption, and simplify component configuration for food retail and professional refrigeration equipment.
