Embraco, part of the Nidec Global Appliance portfolio, will showcase two new global refrigeration solutions at AHR Expo 2026 in Las Vegas, taking place from February 2 to 4. The company is introducing the second generation of its Sync it All integrated component lineup, named Sync it All Pro, and unveiling Embraco Pulse, a new series of scroll compressors with digital capacity modulation.
Sync it All Pro builds upon the original Sync it All strategy, offering integrated control of up to 16 components. This includes 12 variable-speed compressors or fan motors, and four auxiliary elements like defrost or door heaters. The suite includes the Embraco Sync Pro controller, Air Pro fan motor, Flow Pro fan pack, variable-speed compressors, and an upgraded YouControl software platform.
The Flow Pro fan pack introduces a variable-speed motor with proprietary blade design to optimize airflow based on application and ambient conditions. The YouControl software now features the SVS Assistant, an auto-tuning tool to help engineers optimize compressor settings, reducing development time from weeks to days.
“Both generations will remain on the market,” said Michel Moreira, Commercial Appliances Business Director for North America. “Our vision is to empower our customers to tailor the refrigerator loads’ behavior in a simple, clean, and fast way... through the unique YouControl suite.”
The Embraco Pulse scroll compressor line introduces digital capacity modulation, offering precise control between 10% and 100%. A solenoid valve alternates compression between loaded and unloaded states while the motor runs at constant speed. This design improves temperature stability and simplifies integration due to its similarity to fixed-speed scroll compressors.
With capacities from 2HP to 15HP, Embraco Pulse targets both refrigeration and heating applications, such as multideck reach-ins, cold rooms, space heating, and agricultural drying chambers.
“This new Embraco scroll product line delivers what the market demands: low noise levels, superior temperature stability... and energy savings during low-load operation,” said Alessandro Pedrazzi, Head of Marketing, Engineering, and Sales of Nidec Scroll Technology.
At the expo, Embraco will also emphasize the role of low-GWP refrigerants, particularly R290 (Propane), in the North American commercial refrigeration market. “R290 has already proven to be the best future-proof choice... due to its low GWP and its energy efficiency,” noted Moreira. He added that Embraco pioneered the use of natural refrigerants in 1994 and continues to lead with a broad R290 compressor portfolio.
Andes+ CDU: Designed for cold rooms and milk coolers, this unit features a reduced depth (12 inches) and a detachable external housing.
New monoblock: Built for top-mounted reach-ins and powered by Sync it All Pro components, it claims over 30% energy savings and complies with DOE and NSF standards.
Aftermarket CDUs: Available in EDP configuration with removable drain pan, these units come in Bare, Plus, and Ultimate package options.
“Instead of offering only the compressor, we deliver different sets with a high level of assembly,” said Moreira. “It not only saves our customers time... but also allows them to focus their labor force on their core business.”
