Free Registration on Virtual Trade Show NatRef Products

Free registration is now open for the Virtual Trade Show, an online event connecting suppliers of natural refrigerant-based HVAC&R systems and components with the global cooling marketplace.

The Virtual Trade Show, which will take place live September 1-2, is being hosted by ATMOsphere Marketplace, a division of clean cooling accelerator shecco (publisher of this website).

Attendees can register for free here,

For suppliers of natural refrigerant systems, the Virtual Trade Show has been designed as a viable and user-friendly replacement for Mostra Convegno,  Chillventa and other trade shows that have been cancelled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

To date, premium exhibitors that will be marketing their products at the Virtual Trade Show include: Teko, GEA Bock, enex, Efficient Energy, ebmpapst, EPTA, Embraco/Nidec, Daikin, Arneg, Panasonic and GEA Refrigeration Technologies.  A complete list of confirmed exhibitors to date can be found here.

For attendees, the Virtual Trade Show will differ from conference-call style panel discussions, said Marc Chasserot, CEO of shecco. “Attendees will click through visually stimulating website, where they will be able to move through an expo hall, visit and chat with companies at their booths, ‘enter’ into auditoriums, and sit and network in a virtual lobby.”

The live event will take place over a 24-hour period, encompassing every time-zone, starting with Europe, the Middle East and Africa, followed by North, Central and South America, and finishing with the Asia Pacific region on September 2nd.

The website will be accessible for one month post live-event.“This is a huge advantage for exhibitors,” said Chasserot. “People can still access the booths and material for a longer period of time – this is more exposure that an exhibitor could get during a physical event.”

The event will feature easy-to-navigate online booths and webinars with which exhibitors will be able to feature their latest products “Many companies are hesitant to innovate under such strenuous circumstances, but this is exactly the time to do so,” said Chasserot. “ATMOsphere is ready to take on this challenge.”

Exhibitors will have the opportunity to showcase what they normally would during a physical event – including marketing material, brochures, videos – “but at a fraction of the cost,” Chasserot noted.  In addition, logos and design can be customized at each booth, and premium exhibitors can feature a product rendering. “The amazing part is, the exhibitor’s actual image will be represented through an avatar of them,” he said.

Exhibitor options include:

  • Standard and premium booths.
  • Private meeting rooms, which can host up to 30 clients or partners.
  • Live webinars and pre-recorded webinars.
The event organizers are accepting exhibitor applications now and welcome emails here.
