Goodway Technologies Features Innovative Tube Cleaner Lines for HVAC Maintenance at Chillventa 2022

Goodway Technologies will showcase their innovative technologies at Chillventa 2022.

Goodway Technologies will be featuring the latest line of chiller, boiler and heat exchanger tube cleaners which deliver increased maneuverability and an intuitive design in a sleek, modern look.

AWT-100X Air Powered Tube Cleaner

AWT-100X is the most powerful and versatile tube cleaning solution from Goodway, delivering portability and intuitive technology that can be used for tubes, pipes, and more, in wet or dry cleaning conditions. The unit uses air pressure, and a cleaning tool mounted to the tip of a flexible shaft to quickly remove tough deposits from boilers, heat exchangers, and large pipes and can be used in wet and dry applications.

RAM-4-ID

The all-new RAM-4-ID is the fifth generation of this market-leading tube cleaner. It features a sleek modern design, improved portability, and intuitive controls that result in a simple, one-person operation. Using a flexible shaft with reversible rotation and integrated water flush, the RAM-4 delivers powerful performance for fast, effective cleaning of tubes/pipes 1/4"-1" (6.4-25.4mm) in diameter in chillers, condensers, evaporators, absorption machines, and heat exchangers.

RAM-5-ID

The RAM-5-ID speed feed tube cleaner takes high-speed tube cleaning to new levels and is designed for contractors and facility managers with large tube bundles. This system features the Goodway exclusive “Speed Feed” gun system that automatically inserts and removes the shaft into tubes, cleaning them up to four times faster than other tube cleaning systems. In addition to the feeding system, RAM-5 also offers a rotating shaft speed that can be “dialed-in” to meet the cleaning needs of your exact tube type. Add in the integrated water flush, and you have the fastest solution for effectively cleaning tubes/pipes 1/4"-1" (6.4-25.4mm) in diameter in chillers, condensers, evaporators, absorption machines, and heat exchangers.
All of the new RAM systems include these features.
• New modern design
• Increased portability with a simple, intuitive feature set
• Simple, single-operator use
• Industrial stainless-steel construction
• Simultaneous water flush or vacuum to remove deposits
• Increased portability

Solutions for All Your HVAC Maintenance Needs

Industrial Descaling Systems and Chemical Descalers

Goodway Technologies offers a line of industrial descaling systems leveraging clean-in-place technology to remove limescale, calcium, struvite and other mineral deposits from HVAC and process manufacturing equipment without needing to disassemble equipment. These systems can be used on plate and frame heat exchangers, shell and tube heat exchangers, heat exchangers tubes, evaporative coolers, pumps, boiler tubes, chiller tubes, and virtually any hydronic system. Goodway ScaleBreak Liquid Descaler can be used with the industrial descaling systems to assist with getting HVAC systems back to looking like new.

TFC-JR

The TFC-JR is a portable solution for cleaning cooling tower fill. The small and lightweight chemical applicator is simple to use ideal for contractors and higher volume users. The TFC-JR is ideal for HVAC and other industrial contractors that demand portability, and industrial strength. The system is designed to effectively help clean tower fill as part of a complete maintenance program.

CoilPro CC-400

The CoilPro Coil Cleaner quickly and safely flushes dirt, debris and biological growth from thick evaporator and condenser coils to help increase cooling capacity and improve energy efficiency. While traditional pressure washers can damage coils with the high-pressure spray, the CC-400 uses 400 PSI of cleaning power at 3 GPM to get even the dirtiest coils clean without causing damage.
