INWIC to host International Women’s Day 2026 cooling sector webinar

INWIC announced its participation in and invitation to the webinar “Experiences from the European Cooling Sector,” organised on the occasion of International Women’s Day 2026. The online event focuses on supporting and empowering women working in the refrigeration sector.

The webinar addresses the continued underrepresentation of women in the refrigeration industry and aims to highlight their contribution to the sector. According to the organisers, the discussion will focus on inclusion, diversity, and professional growth within refrigeration and cooling activities.

Speakers will share institutional, technical, and personal perspectives, presenting experiences, challenges, and achievements from their careers. The agenda includes discussions on skills, leadership, and the role of women in innovation, sustainability, and excellence across the cooling value chain.

The event will take place on 6 March 2026 from 10:00 to 11:30 CET as an online webinar via Zoom, with registration required. The flyer and agenda are available on the INWIC website, and registration is open through a dedicated Zoom link. For further information, interested participants are invited to contact girolami@centrogalileo.it.
