IOR hosts youth panel to mark World Refrigeration Day

As part of World Refrigeration Day celebrations, the Institute of Refrigeration (IOR) is organizing a special online event titled "Let’s Talk About Refrigeration With Young IOR Members." The session will take place on 26 June 2025 at 12:30 (UK time) - register here, bringing together a panel of early-career professionals to share their perspectives on the future of the refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump (RACHP) industry.

The event will feature young IOR members discussing current trends and long-term developments in the sector. Topics include the growing role of artificial intelligence, evolving career opportunities, and future training needs. The session aims to highlight how the next generation views technological innovation, skills development, and sustainability in the RACHP field.

According to the IOR, this initiative is part of its ongoing efforts to support young professionals and promote dialogue between generations within the industry. The session is open to all and requires registration in advance.
