Parker Sporlan presents the eighth webinar in the Supermarket Seminar Series

Jim Jansen, Sr. Application Engineer, and John Withouse, Sr. Principal Engineer, will continue to discuss metering devices utilized in vapor-compression refrigeration systems. This month, we will cover the seemingly simple refrigerant Distributor.

What appears to be nothing more than a perforated chunk of brass is quite complicated in terms of design, function and application. Very often misunderstood and misapplied, the Distributor manages the two-phase refrigerant flow as it leaves the expansion device and introduces it to the inlet of the evaporator. A job that a header simply cannot do!

Please join us for this upcoming webinar as we discuss how the Distributor plays an integral role in optimizing the performance of a multi-circuited evaporator coil in modern refrigeration systems.
