REFRIGERA 2025 closes with record numbers, returns in 2027

The 2025 edition of REFRIGERA, the international exhibition dedicated to industrial, commercial and logistics refrigeration, freezing, and cryogenics, concluded on Friday at BolognaFiere with record-breaking attendance.

Over three days, the event brought together key players from the refrigeration supply chain, offering a packed schedule of meetings, innovations, and cutting-edge technologies. The show fostered new connections and business opportunities for a sector that is becoming increasingly efficient, sustainable, and digital.

Organizers extended their thanks to exhibitors, associations, institutions, media partners, speakers, and visitors who contributed to the success of an edition focused on innovation and the future of refrigeration.

This year’s figures:

  • Over 320 brands exhibited
  • 25 countries represented
  • 100 international speakers
  • 50 conference sessions

REFRIGERA will return to BolognaFiere from 10 to 12 November 2027 for its fifth edition. As the only dedicated trade show of its kind in Italy and a reference point for Southern Europe and the Mediterranean, REFRIGERA offers refrigeration professionals, managers, and industry operators the opportunity to meet leading national and international suppliers of technology, equipment, components, and services.

Building on the success of its first three editions, REFRIGERA 2025 expanded into three halls—29, 30, and Mall—and introduced new synergistic events. Notably, the launch of SURGELA 2025, a dedicated showcase for technologies and systems used in the production, processing, and storage of frozen food, marked a strategic expansion into the frozen food industry.

With this expanded scope, REFRIGERA continues to grow as a key business platform for the industrial, commercial, and logistics refrigeration sector, as well as for cryogenics and food freezing. It also confirms its role as a premier venue for training and professional development, thanks to a comprehensive program of conferences, workshops, and educational events developed in collaboration with leading associations and research centers.
