REHVA, led by President Catalin Lungu, participated in the 24th China Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (CHVAC&R) conference in Huzhou, China. The delegation included Vice President and Treasurer Livio Mazzarella and Vice President Risto Kosonen.
In his opening speech, Lungu highlighted REHVA's strong ties with China’s HVAC association, CAHVAC, and their shared commitment to sustainable HVAC advancements. Lungu emphasized HVAC's crucial role in enhancing energy efficiency and promoting environmental sustainability. He stated, "HVAC systems are about creating environments where people can thrive."
Lungu also expressed optimism for further cooperation to tackle climate challenges. He is scheduled to present on "Decarbonization through Innovation" on October 23rd.
REHVA's involvement showcased its commitment to international collaboration and innovation, aligning with the focus toward the upcoming CLIMA 2025 conference.
