The IOR Annual Conference

Delegates to the IOR Annual Conference taking place from 21 to 22 April will get the chance to access the event live and all sessions and recordings for up six months afterwards providing fantastic value and allowing anyone registering for the event to view any presentation they have missed.  During the conference, attendees will also have access to a comprehensive set of conference papers, live webinars of all presentations and question session with authors , key notes giving overviews of policy and global initiatives and coffee lounge discussion sessions.
 
Held on the theme of “The Journey to Net Zero Heating and Cooling - Beyond Refrigeration 2021” the conference will provide a varied programme featuring case studies that demonstrate how the refrigeration air conditioning and heat pump sector is responding to the challenge of net zero heating and cooling. 
Attendees to the conference will be able to access papers from experts in the field of environmental policy development and global heating and cooling initiatives, and workshops on benchmarking, leakage reduction and low GWP refrigerant options. The themes covered during the two days will include Combining/Balancing Heating and Cooling Demand, Using Energy Intelligently, Making use of Best Available Technology, Reducing the Need for Mechanical Cooling, Achieving Best System Performance, Developing the Best People and Skills and Working Together.
 
Fees start at £50 + VAT per person with discounted fees available for students and for delegates from Article 5 countries under the Montreal Protocol and the 7 countries with economies in transition.
