Women in HVACR will hold its Regional Leadership Summit, “Step Into Your Power,” on 12–13 May 2026 in Houston, Texas. The event is aimed at women across the HVACR industry.
The two-day summit will focus on leadership development, networking, and peer exchange. Participants will be able to connect, share experiences, and gain new perspectives on professional growth within the sector.
Summit attendees will also be entered into a drawing for a free ticket to the annual Women in HVACR conference.
