ELFOEnergy Storm EVO (WSAT-YES FC) is the new series of air to water full DC inverter monoblock free-cooling liquid chiller for external installation with microchannel coil and with the R-32 refrigerant, available in 5 sizes from 50 kW to 81 kW.
The new WSAT-YES FC free-cooling liquid chiller series proposes the perfect solution either for applications requesting a higher eco-sustainability with the best performances or for those made challenging by the needs of maximum reliability and continuity of operation, thanks to the possibility of implementing the modular system.
New WSAT-YES FC series complets the ELFOEnergy Storm EVO products family, which are available also in heat pump version (WSAN-YES) and chiller version (WSAT-YES).
This will allow Clivet to be once again at the forefront, being able to offer high efficiency full inverter technology and the R-32 ecological refrigerant from 50 to 90 kW of capacity supplied with three different versions.
Innovative technology and top performances
For those application where the cooling capacity requested is stable in any outdoor condition, free-cooling technology offers an effective solution for the energy saving.
Thanks to large dedicated exchanging surfaces and to an advanced control logic, the antrifreeze liquid solution is chilled by exploiting outdoor air driving to zero the compressor load, even with positive air temperatures up to 1,6°C.
WSAT-YES FC free-cooling liquid chillers preserve al the main features of ELFOEnergy Storm EVO series.
Thanks to the full DC inverter technology applied to compressors and fans and the microchannel coil, they have top performances in both terms of cooling seasonal efficiency and full load efficiency. The series WSAT-YES FC reaches SEER values up to 5,84.
ELFOEnergy Storm EVO features also wide operating ranges from -25°C up to +48°C of outdoor air temperature, with leaving water temperature down to 5°C.
Modular Design
ELFOEnergy Storm EVO is designed for modularity and dedicated piping connections provided for modular combination simplify the design phase and make installation faster and easier. It is possible to hydraulically connect up to 4 units in parallel and manage up to 16 units in a local network.
The combinations can also take place with different capacity units and also with the cooling only units of the ELFOEnergy Storm EVO (WSAT-YES) series.
The modular system, obtained by combining several modules, preserves the strength of the single module, but multiplies the advantages: higher reliability, simplified handling and installation, quick and easy maintenance, scalability.
Application versatility
ELFOEnergy Storm EVO is already available in standard configuration or with following components, integrated on board to guarantee maximum reliability and easy installation:
- hydronic assembly with 1 inverter pump;
- system storage tank of 170 (size 18.2-20.2) or 275 litres (size 25.2-30.2-35.2).
