Before the opening of the exhibition, 61 annual “innovative products” were awarded at the 2023 China Refrigeration Exhibition Innovation Product Award Ceremony. Among the seven winning products in the category of “heat exchangers, valves, and other auxiliary components,” two products were from Sanhua: Sanhua Microchannel High Corrosion Resistant Heat Exchanger and Sanhua Microchannel Data Center Heat Exchanger.
By utilizing self-developed long-life flat tube alloys, hydrophilic coatings, and TCP coatings, the corrosion resistance life of Microchannel products has been significantly improved and recognized by the market.
Sanhua showcased EBV refrigerant three-way electric ball valve with a full stainless steel body design for commercial applications has strong corrosion resistance, precise flow control, reduced fluctuations, and extended product life. It has been widely applied in special environments requiring constant temperature and humidity, such as hospitals and factories.
Sanhua’s piping component series products have successfully transitioned to lead-free materials through leading stainless steel processes, achieving 100% recyclability of raw materials. At the same time, the entire lifecycle reduces the carbon footprint, contributing to the construction of a low-carbon factory.
