CAREL has expanded its iJ platform with iJP, a controller designed for professional blast chilling and blast freezing applications. The solution is intended to help OEMs develop connected units with simplified user interaction for professionals working in commercial kitchens.
The iJP is available with Small, Large and XL display sizes and in Panel, Split and HMI configurations. It is designed to support different unit architectures and provide clear cycle selection and access to operating information.
Bluetooth connectivity integrates the controller with CAREL’s Controlla mobile app. Users can view unit status, start and manage cycles, configure presets, and access or download HACCP reports directly from a mobile device.
For installation and service, the iJP can be configured through CAREL’s Applica app for commissioning, parameter setting and maintenance operations. Integration with RED Control also enables remote monitoring of the unit and access to operating information from anywhere.
According to CAREL, the combination of on-board controls, mobile connectivity, configuration tools and remote monitoring is intended to simplify blast chiller management for end users and service technicians.
