CorefloX has started operations at a new manufacturing facility in Malaysia to expand production and project support for secondary-side liquid cooling systems used in data centers and AI computing environments. The site combines manufacturing, system integration, testing and validation, engineering support, and after-sales services.
The approximately 33,094-square-foot (3,074-square-meter) facility has annual production capacity of up to 1,800 coolant distribution units (CDUs), 3,600 liquid-cooled load banks and 5,400 rack manifold sets. It also provides system integration, full-load testing and quality validation before deployment.
Singapore-headquartered CorefloX specializes in liquid cooling products and solutions for data center infrastructure, focusing on secondary-side liquid cooling systems. The company reports experience across more than 2 GW of liquid cooling deployments and more than 10 million cumulative operating hours across deployed systems.
CorefloX said the facility’s exclusive focus on secondary-side liquid cooling allows it to align R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, testing and engineering resources around a specialized product portfolio. According to the company, this approach supports greater standardization, closer cross-functional coordination, faster responses to project-specific technical requirements and shorter delivery cycles.
The company said the Malaysia facility strengthens its manufacturing flexibility, supply chain responsiveness and engineering support capabilities for projects in global markets. CorefloX plans to continue expanding its global manufacturing, engineering and service network.
