ATMOsphere Conferences will hold its first Middle East event, ATMOsphere Middle East, on 7–8 September 2026 in the United Arab Emirates. The two-day conference will focus on the business case for clean cooling and will bring together HVAC&R industry leaders and experts from the region.
According to the organisers, the event will address current trends and developments in natural refrigerants in the Middle East. The programme is designed to explore business opportunities and future perspectives for the HVAC&R sector, with a focus on commercial and industrial applications.
Conference content will include keynote presentations and panel discussions, as well as updates on market and technology trends. Sessions will also cover global and regional policy, regulations and standards, the f-gas transition, and the role of CO2 (R744), ammonia (R717) and hydrocarbons. Additional topics include research into PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances), end-user experiences, certifications and training, and case studies of natural refrigerant technologies used in high-ambient temperature regions.
