Cold Chain Middle East Expo 2020

Official notification of the event organizer

While the UAE remains safe for travel and has deployed the strictest medical and hygiene protocols, the series of Events has a high majority of international participants and large delegations. In order to ensure we meet the needs of our clients effectively, and deliver the strongest possible international participation, the decision was made to postpone the Events. They will now take place from the 31st August to the 2nd September 2020 at ADNEC, Abu Dhabi.

Welcome to the region’s first Cold Chain Expo

The UAE government wants to achieve poll position on the Food Security Index by 2051, and leaders across the region are prioritizing food security, quality and safety to protect a growing population. The demand for sophisticated cold chain solutions is rising and the Cold Chain Middle East Expo will be the first opportunity for solution providers to showcase products to thousands of food producers, processors, distributors, logistics experts and retailers from across the MENA region.

  • Part of the largest agriculture event in the region. Co-located with the Global Forum for Innovations in Agriculture, ApiArab Expo and VIV MEA, over 12,000 food professionals will be there.

  • Major conference hosting 50+ speakers discussing cold chain, food security and waste loss prevention. Additional workshops run by Eurovent.

  • A unique B2B meetings programme will enable exhibitors to pre-book meetings with buyers ahead of the event using online software.

  • Officially supported by the Abu Dhabi Agriculture And Food Safety Authority.

Now in its 7th year, the award-winning Global Forum for Innovations in Agriculture is the world’s largest showcase of innovations in sustainable agriculture and firmly established as the voice of authority on sustainable food production. GFIA is the place where progressive food producers, policy makers and investors go to find innovations that can increase productivity, improve yields, combat pests, increase profits, save water and overcome the challenges of climate change.
