The curtain has just been drawn over the 2016 edition of Chillventa, taking place in Nuremberg, from 11 to 13 October. This is one of the major international exhibitions in our market segment: commercial refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pumping, with a special focus on automation, sustainability and energy efficiency.
The large number of visitors at our booth were given the opportunity to interact with a variety of novelties on display, both for the commercial refrigeration market, under the traditional Eliwell brand, and for the HVAC segment, with the Schneider Electric solutions.
Chillventa was the best occasion for the official launch of the first version of TelevisBlue, the cloud monitoring service designed for the commercial refrigeration; the new three-phase Coldface was also presented, developed for cold rooms control.
The entire Eliwell offer for the distribution market was displayed, with IDPlus, one of the most complete range of controllers available on the market, as well as the new EWCM PRO range for compressor racks.
A selection of products for OEMs was also displayed, including the customizable user interfaces based on touch technology from the KDT series.
For the very first time, a series of technical seminars were organized in a dedicated area of our booth, with sessions in English, German and Italian : our experts outlined the technological investments made by Eliwell in the supermarket segment, with its solutions for transcritical CO2 circuits and a live demo of the new cloud monitoring TelevisBlue system.
Coming to the HVAC offer, the Schneider Electric branded M171 / M172 were on display, presented for the first time with a real application installed at the booth : a small chiller unit, perfectly functioning and complete with an electric board which made it possible for our visitors to experience first hand the performance of our controllers in real time !
