Atlas Copco Group has completed its acquisition of Euroklimat Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Co., Ltd (“Guangdong Euroklimat”), a Chinese manufacturer of industrial heating and cooling solutions. The acquisition was finalized after being previously announced.
Guangdong Euroklimat provides heating and cooling solutions for a range of industrial applications, including process cooling and energy conversion. Founded in 2009, the group has factory and assembly plants in Guangdong Province and Tianjin, as well as sales offices in Southeast Asia.
In 2025, Guangdong Euroklimat reported revenues of RMB 1.281 billion (SEK 1.8 billion) and had approximately 1,000 employees. The purchase price was not disclosed.
Following the acquisition, Guangdong Euroklimat has become part of the Oil-free Air division within Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique Business Area.
