Clivet launches VERSATEMP units for Water Loop Heat Pump systems

Clivet has introduced VERSATEMP FLOOR and VERSATEMP DUCT, two new air-conditioning series engineered for Water Loop Heat Pump (WLHP) systems. The units are designed for multi-zone applications including shopping centres, hotels and offices, particularly where buildings experience opposing thermal loads.

VERSATEMP FLOOR and VERSATEMP DUCT feature a user interface with built-in Wi-Fi. Facility managers and technical support can remotely supervise and control the system through the CLIVET EYE app and CONTROL4 NRG supervisor.

The VERSATEMP FLOOR series uses R290 refrigerant, which Clivet describes as having a near-zero Global Warming Potential (GWP). VERSATEMP DUCT uses R454C refrigerant with a GWP of 148.

Clivet says the new units are fully compatible with VERSATEMP units installed more than 30 years ago, providing a replacement option for renovation projects in existing buildings. The cased units also feature redesigned aesthetics intended to integrate with interior environments.
