Arkansas's economic development is getting a boost with the groundbreaking of Central Cold Solutions' new cold storage facility in Conway. Designed and built by Ti Cold, this state-of-the-art center aims to serve Little Rock and its neighboring areas.

Located at 1300 Mayor Lane, the facility will span over 135,000 square feet and house 17,650 pallet positions. The development is expected to generate at least 200 jobs for local and regional residents.

Owned by Shane and Susan Dickson, who have a strong track record of success in various local enterprises, Central Cold Solutions is poised to meet the community's needs. “Working with my regional manufactory and processing partners, I became aware of the need for a cold storage facility in the Conway community,” said Shane Dickson, President and CEO of Central Cold Solutions.

“Shane and Susan’s journey is a testament to the power of vision, hard work, and a deep-rooted commitment to creating a better tomorrow for everyone in our community,” added Rob Adams, Executive Vice President of Ti Cold.

Local dignitaries, including members of the Conway Chamber of Commerce, Faulkner County Judge Allen Dodson, and Conway Mayor Bart Castleberry, attended the groundbreaking ceremony.

Ti Cold estimates that the facility will be operational by early Q2 2025.
