CoolKit At The CV Show 2018

We are delighted to have had another successful year at The CV Show, showcasing our latest award-winning refrigerated vehicles as well as the newly introduced Melform product range to the UK market.

Industry-Leading Refrigerated Vehicles Manufacturer

We have built a reputation in the temperature controlled industry as the market leader for refrigerated vehicles, having spent time and resources on research and development, innovation and always finding new products and accessories to bring to the market, with exceeding customer requirements and providing value for money as main objectives. Over recent times we have been honoured to have achieved recognitions such as Best Conversion Company in 2016 from our customer Lex Autolease, Best Refrigerated Vehicle having won the 2017 title for refrigerated panel van of the year at the TCS&D Awards and most recently Best Van Innovation for our refrigerated box body solution at the Van Fleet World Awards 2018.

These recognitions have allowed us to expand our customer base in a variety of market sectors, including pharmaceutical and foodservice, where customers now have testimonials, case studies and industry recognition to rely on when considering the quality and durability of our conversions. At this year’s CV Show, we were able to showcase both our panel van and box body solutions for visitors to inspect for themselves, as well as take in information on the stand about our recognitions and current customer’s feedback. What was also visible when browsing the event, was our relationship with key vehicle manufacturers, with our refrigerated conversion present on the Renault UK stand in the form of the electric Kangoo ZE, and our logo on display at the Ford QVM wall display. The box body on our stand was part of the Ready For Business Range by Renault Trucks, an additional demonstration of the trust and commitment we have gained from a wide range of LCV vehicle manufacturers.

On our stand we were pleased to showcased the latest refrigerated box body vehicle for our customer Renault Trucks, as well as our leading pharmaceutical vehicle solution which is currently being used by a number of our customers within the sector.

By evaluating different body structures within the market, it came to light that by adopting methods currently being used on panel vans, it was possible to produce a box body vehicle set to surpass current industry benchmark quality standards and payloads. Since the launch of our first box body at last year’s event, we have invested further into research, development and innovation, taking inspiration from industries with cutting-edge technologies and turned panel van construction on its head.

This year’s exhibition also saw the launch of our partnership with Italian manufacturer Melform. On display we had the latest addition to their pharmaceutical product range, the Biomed 140 insulated container, which was placed in a custom built unit including a controlled drug drawer.

The Biomed line-up allows for precision in temperature control, with a range of -25°C to +40°C, and a degree of accuracy in temperature adjustment of +/- 0.5°C. The heating and cooling units within the containers work to guarantee the required temperature no matter what the weather conditions. The containers can be connected to the vehicles’s battery during transportation and, once you have reached the destination, they can be connected to the power mains, so that there is no disruption within the cold chain.
