Copeland has launched an integration between its Oversight360 cargo monitoring software and Blue Yonder Network. The connection combines shipment location and product condition data in one platform, providing suppliers, partners and logistics operators with insights intended to reduce spoilage and in-transit disruptions.
Oversight360 supplies real-time shipment location and telematics signals for monitoring product quality, reducing spoilage and supporting compliance. Blue Yonder Network aggregates the data, applies intelligence and generates actionable insights within supply chain workflows, supporting advanced analytics and predictive capabilities over time.
The integration addresses demand from retailers for more detailed, near-real-time shipment information. According to the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization, about one-third of all food produced globally is lost or wasted at some point in the supply chain.
The system is currently being implemented with a major U.S. food retailer. Data from Copeland’s GO trackers and Oversight360 software are being integrated into Blue Yonder Network to support inbound shipment monitoring and the retailer’s on-time, in-full delivery goals.
“The ability to bring together critical shipment and condition insights within a single platform supports more informed, proactive decision-making,” said Lori Haggart, vice president, monitoring at Copeland. “Copeland’s Oversight360 software integration with Blue Yonder Network is helping to meet retailers’ supplier compliance requirements, optimize freshness and minimize waste, reflecting a broader shift toward greater transparency and data sharing across the cold chain.”
