Axiom Cloud launches AI Insights Agent for cooling system data

Axiom Cloud has launched its AI Insights Agent, a conversational interface built into the Axiom Customer Web Portal. Available in beta, the tool is designed for field technicians and multi-site operators managing refrigeration and HVAC assets.

Users can ask questions in natural language to generate custom charts, compare trends across systems or facilities, diagnose and prioritize problems, and examine AI-detected operational anomalies. Charts can be refined by adding data points, changing time ranges, comparing sites or focusing on specific periods, then saved as images for reporting, collaboration or troubleshooting.

The agent also provides access to Axiom’s anomaly detection platform. Operators can identify sites requiring attention, find recurring issues across a portfolio, prioritize opportunities based on business impact and generate action plans for field teams. Summaries and action lists can be exported for handoff between operations and field service teams.

Axiom said the platform has been trained on more than 2,000 site-years of field data and more than 124,000 expert-labeled system anomalies from grocery stores and cold storage facilities. The technology is available exclusively through the Axiom Customer Web Portal, handles customer data privately and securely, and is patent pending.

“Whether a technician needs to diagnose a problem or a maintenance manager wants to figure out which anomalies deserve immediate attention, they can simply ask a question and receive an answer instantly,” said Amrit Robbins, CEO and co-founder of Axiom Cloud.
