GreenDome acquired LogX

GreenDome Holdings (GDH), through its subsidiary Elite Company, has acquired LogX, a leading temperature-controlled logistics firm in the UAE.

GreenDome emphasized that the multimillion-dollar deal will strengthen its position in the market and expand the range of services offered. The company will leverage LogX's experience, resources and market influence to further improve its logistics services.

This acquisition is in line with GDH's strategy to develop a strong integrated logistics services hub, benefiting from both regional and global growth opportunities.

Mohammed Sharaf, CEO of GreenDome Holdings, commented: “LogX’s impressive track record and strong market presence will further strengthen GDH’s capabilities, allowing us to provide our customers with even more comprehensive and innovative solutions.”
