Dawsongroup, based in Milton Keynes, UK, is a leading asset leasing company offering services across 11 countries, including vehicles and refrigerated boxes. The company reported a record Group EBITDA of approximately £250 million last year.
Freya Dawson of the Dawson family expressed support for the partnership, highlighting pride in Dawsongroup's achievements and the potential for accelerated growth with KKR's expertise.
KKR brings extensive infrastructure investing experience, having deployed over $21 billion in renewable and climate-related sectors. In the UK, KKR has invested over $5 billion in sustainability projects, reinforcing its commitment to a low-carbon future.
