NewCold has acquired Wilhelm Schüssler Spedition GmbH, a logistics and integration company based in Heppenheim, Germany. The acquisition is aimed at strengthening NewCold’s presence in Germany and supporting its expansion of automated cold chain logistics services across Europe.
The Schüssler Spedition brand and team will remain in place to ensure continuity for current customers and partners. According to the announcement, the transition will be guided by shared values and a customer-first approach.
