Pelican Biothermal expands role for Dominic Hyde to include global services

Pelican BioThermal announces Dominic Hyde in his new role as Vice President of Global Services. In this role, Hyde will expand his responsibilities to all global services, including the worldwide service network and the rental programs, Crēdo on Reserve and Crēdo on Demand.

“Over the past three years, Dominic’s innovative approach to problem solving expanded our footprint in a way that provides more convenience for our customers,” said David Williams, President of Pelican BioThermal. “We know he will do the same in this new role by working alongside the sales team promoting Crēdo on Demand rentals, Crēdo on Reserve rentals and all service offerings to this business sector.”

Since joining the Pelican BioThermal team, Hyde successfully expanded the company’s Crēdo on Demand rental program by growing global drop points, service centers and network stations supporting rental programs to more than 100 locations. In addition, he has increased staff numbers and has instigated key appointments to support customer demand and growth. Hyde remains at the forefront of operations as part of the company’s ongoing support to the global pandemic response.

“Our future strategy focuses on significantly accelerating further growth from our rental programs and services, which will be central to the continuing success of Pelican BioThermal.” said Hyde. “Our ambitious plans include achieving a greater global presence with continued substantial investment to extensively expand our international infrastructure to further support our customers’ requirements worldwide.”
