Thermo King expands digital fleet management and connectivity solutions across EMEA

Thermo King, a brand of Trane Technologies, has launched TK OneView, a unified platform for monitoring and managing mixed fleets across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Designed for operators overseeing diverse assets, the platform provides real-time visibility into tractors, trailers, refrigeration units and drivers via a single interface.

TK OneView integrates operational data such as Electronic Braking Systems (EBS), axle load, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), and driver behaviour, independent of equipment brand. Developed in partnership with telematics provider idem telematics, part of the BPW Group, the system aims to simplify fleet oversight and reduce reliance on third-party data aggregators. The platform also connects users to the Thermo King dealer network for coordinated service and support.

“With TK OneView, we aim to simplify fleet management for our mixed fleet customers by offering consolidated, easy-to-access insights across tractors, trailers and refrigeration units,” said Raluca Radu, portfolio leader for digital solutions at Thermo King Europe. “By leveraging advancements in digital, connected technologies, we provide expert support and actionable intelligence to improve fleet efficiency, safety and decision-making.”

Thermo King has also expanded its TracKing connectivity platform with two new digital features: Ask TracKing and ColdChain Link. These enhancements aim to improve data access, increase traceability, and strengthen transparency for end-customers managing temperature-sensitive cargo.

Ask TracKing introduces generative AI technology to the platform, enabling users to interact naturally with their fleet data. The tool delivers visual, real-time answers and insights without the need for specialist data skills, allowing operators to quickly analyse performance, efficiency and maintenance indicators.

“Customers want to speed up the data analysis and their decision-making. Now, they no longer need to spend time cross-matching or interpreting data as complex information is turned into intuitive, actionable visuals with a simple question,” said Soazic Fagnère, digital solutions product manager at Thermo King.

ColdChain Link allows operators to share selected real-time transport data with end-customers using customisable triggers such as time, date or geofence. This feature supports industries with high traceability requirements, including food and pharmaceutical logistics.

“The ColdChain Link feature advances efficiency and trust across the supply chain, setting a new industry standard for digital collaboration in refrigerated transport,” Fagnère added.
