Trane Technologies acquires Thermo King dealer CSTK in U.S. expansion

Trane Technologies has acquired CSTK, Inc., a long-standing independent Thermo King sales and service dealer operating in the Northeast and Central United States. With this move, CSTK becomes part of Trane Technologies’ Thermo King Americas business as a company-owned dealer.

CSTK has represented the Thermo King brand for over 50 years, providing transport refrigeration services such as equipment installation, maintenance, repairs, maintenance contracts, and telematics. The acquisition includes CSTK’s operations across 10 locations, its customer base, and a workforce of more than 200 employees.

According to Trane Technologies, CSTK will continue serving its existing markets under the new ownership structure. The integration aims to enhance service capabilities and customer proximity in key U.S. regions.

“This acquisition brings us closer to our customers in important U.S. markets and strengthens our ability to deliver the high level of service they rely on every day,” said Adam Wittwer, president of Thermo King Americas. “CSTK has built a strong reputation over decades as a service-driven organization, and we are pleased to welcome their experienced team into the Thermo King Americas business.”

Trane Technologies stated that its independent dealer network will continue to play a key role in customer service across the Americas, with this transition supporting long-term growth and service excellence.
