Ti Cold has completed a new cold storage facility for Agile Cold Storage, marking the third building developed for the growing third-party logistics (3PL) provider.
The 132,865-square-foot (approx. 12,345 m²) facility expands Agile Cold Storage’s capacity and supports the region’s food supply chain. The warehouse includes 20,000 pallet positions and a 65-foot (approx. 19.8 m) clear height. Temperature-controlled rooms are designed to operate between 40°F and -10°F (approx. 4.4°C to -23.3°C).
Ti Cold emphasized the building’s long-term efficiency and high-performance design, aligned with Agile Cold Storage’s strategy to expand its U.S. footprint.
“Launching our Buffalo facility is a proud moment both for Agile and for me personally,” said Don Schoenl, President and CEO of Agile Cold Storage. “We’re here to help drive economic growth, support local food producers, and prove that Buffalo is a premier logistics hub for the Northeast and beyond.”
“This project represents the kind of high-performance, future-ready cold storage our industry demands,” said Sam Tippmann of Ti Cold.
