TRANSTHERMOS is given a new brand profile

TRANSTHERMOS, one of the leading companies in frozen food logistics in Germany and member of the Nagel-Group since 2016, is changing its brand profile. As from 1 May, the company will be known as Nagel Transthermos.

As a sign of integration, Nagel Transthermos will also become a part of the design of the Nagel-Group. With this rebranding, the expert on frozen products visibly demonstrates his commitment to the Nagel-Group three years after the merger.

“Considering the twenty locations and continued annual growth, we were cautious about making changes that could influence our market position. However, the time has come to draw attention to the merger by creating a consistent brand image,” states Marcus Hoffmann-Rothe, Managing Director of Nagel Transthermos.

An application for entry in the trade register has already been filed and will be concluded shortly. Buildings, vehicle fleet, and business equipment will be adapted to the new brand image in the long run.

“Our customers can rest assured that this change of name will not affect our partnership. As part of a family-run company specialised in food logistics, which can handle food consignments in all temperature ranges, Nagel Transthermos is well prepared to provide the food industry with comprehensive services as usual,” explains Hoffmann-Rothe.

As from 1 March, the management of Nagel Transthermos has been taken over by three experienced logistics experts. Jürgen Wirsing will continue to develop the areas of freight forwarding and networking. Marcus Hoffmann-Rothe will continue to be responsible for administration and human resources.

Christian Berlin is new to the management team. As a Managing Director, he will be responsible for the contract logistics and sales department of the specialist in frozen food logistics. Before joining Transthermos, the 34-year-old worked in leading positions at logistics companies in Germany and China.
