GEA Group will reorganize its Executive Board from January 1, 2026, expanding it from three to six members and dissolving the existing 14-member Global Executive Committee. As part of the changes, the Heating & Refrigeration Solutions business—previously part of the Heating & Refrigeration Technologies Division—will be integrated into the newly formed Nutrition Plant Engineering Division.
Klaus Stojentin (58) will take over Executive Board responsibility for the Nutrition Plant Engineering Division, which will merge the business of the Liquid & Powder Technologies Division with the Heating & Refrigeration Solutions business. Stojentin, who joined GEA in 2003, currently leads the Separation & Flow Technologies Division.
This reorganization follows the Supervisory Board’s decision to extend CEO Stefan Klebert’s contract by two years through December 2028. The new structure aims to streamline decision-making and support the company’s Mission 30 strategic targets.
The Heating & Refrigeration Technologies Division, currently led by Kai Becker, will be dissolved by the end of 2025. Parts of its business will be reallocated: the components business will be integrated into the Pure Flow Processing Division, also under new Executive Board leadership.
