Airedale by Modine has appointed Gareth Ellams as Vice President and General Manager for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), effective March 2, 2026. He succeeds Adrian Trevelyan, who is retiring after a long career with the company. Ellams will lead the regional business and advance its global strategy across EMEA.
In his new role, Ellams will focus on driving operational excellence, strengthening customer partnerships and supporting sustainable growth in the region. The appointment forms part of Airedale’s leadership transition within its EMEA operations.
