How Are We Doing?

The IOR strategic priorities are the main objectives that the IOR Board of Trustees work to in allocating IOR resources and developing our long-term strategy to grow and develop the IOR. We have set up an online survey to ask IOR members how they think the IOR is doing in these areas. Current priorities are:

1. To improve member participation
2. To more effectively market membership
3. To enhance the IOR’s image and communications methods
4. To gain recognition for the IOR in the specialist air conditioning and heat pump sector.

Each year these priorities are reviewed and if necessary revised by a vote of the Board members and representatives of our Committees volunteers who are doing a lot of the hard work to make things happen. The review takes place at the next Open Board meeting in November. The Board would appreciate feedback from IOR members and your insights into current industry concerns as well as how you would like the IOR to address them. You can share your views in this years’ annual member survey below:
