Caverion Austria has acquired Lepuschitz Kältetechnik GmbH, a refrigeration specialist based in Wernberg, Carinthia. The acquired company employs 18 people and generates annual revenue of approximately EUR 4.2 million.
Founded in the 1970s, Lepuschitz Kältetechnik was previously owned by Equans Kältetechnik GmbH. The company provides planning, installation, optimization, and maintenance services for supermarket refrigeration, commercial cooling, and air conditioning systems. It also offers a 24/7 emergency service in Carinthia and East Tyrol.
Lepuschitz Kältetechnik partners with international refrigeration equipment manufacturers and serves clients such as REWE, Lidl, and M-Preis in the Carinthia region. Additional services are provided to local hospitality businesses and public sector clients.
