AREA Launches 3rd Edition of Women in Cooling Video Competition

AREA and World Refrigeration Day (WRD) have announced the third edition of their video competition celebrating best practices among EU women in the cooling industry. This initiative aims to highlight the skills and contributions of women in the refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump (RACHP) sectors.

Participants are invited to submit videos focusing on one of two themes:
  • Category A - RACHP Best Practice Mastery: Showcasing skills in handling refrigeration, air conditioning, or heat pump systems.
  • Category B - RACHP Design Excellence: Demonstrating design and application expertise in RACHP systems.
Participants should upload their video privately on AREA’s Facebook page, "AREA," or email it to info@area-eur.be by midnight on Sunday, May 4, 2025. Submissions are welcome in all European languages, encouraging diverse representation from across the continent.

This competition provides an excellent opportunity for women in cooling to showcase their talent and advance their professional visibility.
